    This module equips students with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects successfully across different industries. It covers project scope and characteristics, the responsibilities of project managers, the project lifecycle, business-case development and integrated project planning. Students also learn to manage deliverables, milestones, stakeholders, resources and risks, while applying practical tools such as work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, critical path analysis and earned value management to support effective project decision-making.

    Strategic Entrepreneurship

    This module develops students’ ability to integrate entrepreneurial thinking with strategic management to identify opportunities, achieve competitive advantage and support organisational growth and innovation. Students explore the strategic management process, strategic leadership and the Analysis-Formulation-Implementation framework, while learning to assess internal and external environments, organisational resources and capabilities. The module also covers strategy formulation, organisational structure, culture and control systems, as well as corporate entrepreneurship, strategic renewal, innovation, business-model reconstruction and opportunity-seeking behaviour.

    Leadership and Change Management

Students critically evaluate contemporary leadership issues, analyse leadership within a team context and reflect on their own leadership practices.     Managing Human Capital, Multi-culture and Behaviour in Organisations

    Research Methodology - Theory

Students learn to develop a literature-driven research question, understand qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and data analysis techniques, and interpret the results of data analysis.
