It's essential to begin by identifying both international and local HCD trends, ensuring the organisation remains competitive and up-to-date with global best practices. Education, Training, and Development (ETD) must be integrated within the broader HCD framework to align learning initiatives with organisational goals. This requires a clear understanding of the legislation that guides HCD in workplaces, ensuring compliance and support for employee development. 

    Advanced ERM: Dispute Resolution Management

    The module equips students with the knowledge of basic labour relations to explain the origin of employment relations management. Analyse the sources of South African law. Distinguish between the types of labour disputes. Complete the referral form and successfully refer a dispute to the relevant forums.

    Advanced HRM: Organisational Behaviour

    The module delves into the complexities of human behaviour within an organisational context. It explores the psychological, social, and structural factors that influence how individuals and groups interact in the workplace 

    Advanced Human Capital Development: ETD Interventions 

    Total Fees: R3,000
    Credit: 12
    Identify performance gaps and requirements and introduce interventions to improve performance in a workplace. Identify and evaluate the appropriateness of the needs analysis methods for the levels of analysis. Design, Plan, and implement ETD interventions. Assess and evaluate ETD interventions. Develop a quality management implementation strategy. 

    Advanced ERM: Application of ERM Theory

    Formulating research question, purpose statement and hypothesis (es), the literature review, writing the research proposal. Developing a detailed management plan for the research project.

    CUT’s fee structure allows a student to pay as they progress. A student must pay for a module before they will be granted access to the material.
